REDEFINED
Denver Macaron was born out of a desire to create vegan desserts that rivaled their traditional counterpart. After years of experience with vegan baking, our love affair with the macaron began. Macarons are truly an art form and we are redefining their medium to create beautiful light textures and incredible flavors. Our mission is to handmake artisan macarons that use only the finest vegan and gluten-free ingredients and help elminate the need for factory farming.
The macaron has always been the standout of the pastry world to me. It embraces French glamour and a very finicky baking process, so it has always been this elusive pastry. I became determined (obsessed) to create a perfect macaron for my friends to enjoy. It soon became more than that. Although our macarons do not contain any animal products (with the exception of our local honey) and no gluten, we want to focus on the idea that they are for everyone. Many long time traditional macaron lovers are now loyal fans and we are excited to create a kinder macaron for all.
